Leanne Hill

Leanne Hill is currently an MA candidate in English Literature at the University of Waterloo. She completed her Joint Honours Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Music at the University of Waterloo in April 2008, studying piano performance with Catherine Robertson. Leanne was a piano instructor at Pro Music Studios in Waterloo from 2006-2008 and has played for multiple wedding and anniversary ceremonies. She also enjoys accompanying friends and acquaintances for the UW Music Club recitals. She was active in Gord Burnett's University Choir from 2006-2008 and is currently a member and partial accompanist of the Conrad Grebel Chapel Choir directed by Leonard Enns. Leanne has been an active pianist at her home church, Otterville Baptist Church, from a young age, and also accompanied Maranatha Christian Reformed Church Choir in Woodstock, Ontario, under the direction of Sharon Sandink, for three years. During her high school career, she also accompanied the London District Christian Secondary School Choir under the direction of Mark Bartel. She is currently the pianist of Otterville Anglican Church on Sunday mornings, and is excited to expand her musical horizons with the Musical Muses.
